ABOUT APRIL RATCLIFF; REAL ESTATE LAWYER

Attorney April Ratcliff is a Chicago-area native, born and raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago. She is a loving wife and mother her daughters Riley and Reina. She has her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University, along with a foreign language certificate in Spanish earned in 2010.

She went on to study Health Law and Labor Law at Saint Louis University School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctorate. She was honored to serve as a staff member of the Saint Louis University Public Law Review and of the 2012 Frederick Douglas Moot Court Team.

April has worked as an Attorney at firms throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. She has practice experience in Bankruptcy, Real Estate-Commercial and Residential, Probate, Landlord/Tenant disputes and Estate Planning. In opening her law office, April set out to assist clients in procuring assets, protecting their assets and planning for their futures.

April found her passion for real estate representation while working under the tutelage of exemplary agents and attorneys over the past few years. Having attended her first real estate closing in 2010 and to date she regularly represents clients in 40-50 closings on behalf of buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential transactions each year. While working on commercial transactions, April developed a knack for business formation and contract negotiations. We now offer business services to both corporate and small business clients.
